Bouffant Terrigal coming soon (next door to Belle!)

The Central Coast’s most popular pastry franchise Bouffant is coming to Terrigal, right in time for summer! Even better, it is going to be right next to Belle Property, so my lucky staff and I will be getting daily wafts of those delicious baked goods and barista made coffees that are currently taking the coast by storm.

With beautifully styled stores in East Gosford and Gosford, Bouffant is headed up by Andrew Mansfield, one of the region’s best hospitality operators and owner of Ooomph East Gosford. The shop has a tagline ‘fluffy goodness for everyone’, and it’s not hard to see why.

They serve up buttery, flaky almond croissants, melt in your mouth mini danishes, moreish vanilla tarts oozing with custard, glazed caramel-filled donuts and much, much more.

The brand inspired by Andrew’s relationship with Swiss Spanish pastry chef Markus Kunz, who has worked with him on and off for six years.

The pair based the concept on the popular Spanish bakery ‘Granier’, whereby the owner mastered the formula of crafting quality pastries at an affordable price.

“The croissants don’t all need to look perfect or the same, it is all about ensuring that the texture and taste are perfect, which Markus has really perfected,” Mansfield says.

We look forward to welcoming Bouffant to our little boutique corner of Terrigal, which is fast becoming a little lifestyle hub.
